No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to keeping tuition affordable and contract-free so families can access a fully accredited education without long-term financial burden. Because of this pricing model, all enrollments are subject to the following policy:

No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of resources upon enrollment, tuition payments are non-refundable once any of the following services have been provided:

  • Access to our proprietary online Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Course assignments and curriculum activation
  • Transcript review and academic evaluation
  • Student login credentials issued and platform access granted

These services involve administrative work, licensed content, and academic staffing that cannot be reversed once initiated.

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no contracts or long-term commitments
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period

Why This Policy Exists

Our tuition is intentionally priced at a fraction of traditional, private or online schools. This policy allows us to:

  • Maintain low monthly tuition
  • Avoid contracts or enrollment fees
  • Provide immediate access to accredited coursework and academic services

By enrolling, families acknowledge that educational services begin immediately and agree to this policy.
